The best holidays ever

    The best holidays I've ever had, were about 9 years ago. During July 2014, we traveled with my family to Peru. In total, we were 10 people of different ages. The youngest: my niece Isidora. She was only 6 years old.

    The trip began in Arica. We leave from there to Tacna and then to Arequipa. We didn't stay there long, and continued traveling to Cusco. We spent 4 days there to visit Machu Picchu. From Hidroeléctrica to Aguas Calientes there is a distance of 10 kilometers. Everyone as a family walking and enjoying the landscape, and guess what? Isidora made the entire journey without complaining or getting tired.

    We stayed in Aguas Calientes for one night. The next day, together with other tourists we went by bus to Machu Picchu. We were only there for a couple of hours, but it was an exciting time for all of us. Having experienced a connection with a magical and ancestral place is a memory that I will surely keep forever.
